In 2016, the GIC finally completed the tour of five continents arriving in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The conference was organized by Marie Rose Windels with the theme of “Abundance”. It was held in a luxury hotel “The Boardwalk” and apart from the usual workshops and featured speakers, notable moments included the O2 breathing chair, once again ice baths, laughter yoga on the beach, rope breath with Ishara Gabri and a talent show with a real grand piano! The conference also saw important changes to the administrative structure of IBF.
After the conference, we were able to participate in a tour which included visits to animal reserves and historical places as well as enjoying the unparalleled hospitality and breathtaking natural beauty of this country.
